MOUTH-WATERING CELIAC-FRIENDLY MEALS!


Ristorante Rossi has opened its doors to brand new gluten free menus. People with celiac disease know how difficult, if not impossible, it is to eat at restaurants. Even if we are in the XXI century, very few completely gluten-free restaurants can accommodate people with a gluten sensitivity. When his wife and son were diagnosed with celiac disease, Alessandro, one of the partners, drew inspiration from their everyday routine. He discovered how painful it was to give up eating at restaurants together with family and friends, and asked his partners Paolo, Massimo and Rossano to help him making Ristorante Rossi a place for people with celiac disease to eat carefree.

All restaurant equipment received AIC certification; there are two cooking platforms with a separate oven to cook gluten-free food and 2 sets of cooking tools to prepare any dish: pizza, fried fish, cutlets, lasagne... a wide selection of specialities cooked with dedication, care and attention to detail.

Owning a restaurant today means being able to keep abreast of the times and doing your best to meet the rapidly evolving needs of customers.
